Design and Interpretation
If done well, interpretation of our natural surroundings stirs the senses and increases our understanding of the world we live in.
It’s delivered in many forms; maybe a ranger-led walk, an exhibit, an interpretive sign or increasingly these days, a digital app. All of which aim to make your visit more meaningful.
For many years, I’ve specialised in park interpretation and signage, mostly in print form, both in-house and freelance. Working closely with the client, as both designer and illustrator, I take the project from initial concept through to finished print-ready artwork. Whether creating a logo or working in a team on a large exhibit, I always strive to meet objectives, within budget and on time.
